How to Prepare and What to Expect.

Please review my frequently asked questions below so you know how to best prepare and understand my policies. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

How to prepare

I invite you to check in with yourself and reflect on what you'd like to focus on during your session. How are you feeling energetically? This reflection will help you identify what needs support and bring clarity to your intentions for our session.

What to wear to appointments?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment, as you'll remain fully dressed. Please remove belts, jewelry, hair clips/ties before your session.

How early to arrive for appointments?

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to relax in the waiting room. This also allows enough time to find parking. Plenty of street parking and 3 parking spots behind building.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. There is a $75 fee for cancellations under 24 hours.

What if I’m running late to my appointment?

Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA)

I do not bill insurance though I’m happy to provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance. I am approved to take HSA.
